Make Your Own Thunderbird! Villamonte's Cuisine offers unique presentations to please even the most discriminating taste.
To make a 4 servings of traditional Thunderbird Salad, start with 4 cups packed chopped iceberg or romaine lettuce. Add the following ingredients to 3oz of Villamonte's Cuisine Original Classic Thunderbird Salad Dressing:

- 2 TB real Bacon bits
- 1/2 Medium Diced Tomatoes
- 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 TB Chives
- 1 TB Cup Blue Cheese crumble

(Optional) Top with diced avocado and home style croutons.

Mix all ingredients well and serve with love. Steve Villamonte guarantees they will come back for more!
